Wallenbergsyndromet, eller PICA-syndrom, är en symtombild som präglas av vissa neurologiska bortfallssymtom med den gemensamma nämnaren att blodflödet täppts till i arteria cerebellaris posterior inferior (även kallad PICA, engelsk förkortning) som försörjer delar av hjärnstammen och lillhjärnan.
